Returns Policy

Need to return an item? No problem! You will just need your order number and the email address associated with your account to get started.

We have extended our return policy to cover all orders for 30 days. If you are not totally satisfied with the order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs). If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.

Customs & VAT:

Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1 year limited warranty for all InvisibleTech products. Both warranties cover any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed, but we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed! In this case, we will offer store credit rather than a replacement.

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.invzible.com must include a proof of purchase from an authorized reseller on our Where We're Sold page. Any item purchased from an un-authorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

InvisibleTech will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any InvisibleTech product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

InvisibleTech allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within our 1 year warranty.

*Photos help a lot! If you submit a warranty claim, please include a photo or two of the item so we can better understand the issue.
